Baby J #2~27 Weeks

How far along? 27 Weeks! Last night, when I finished writing on my chalkboard, I called Doug in to read it. His reaction: "3rd Trimester....seriously?" Seriously! And I cannot believe it either. Time is flying by this pregnancy.
Maternity clothes? I am afraid I have gotten very use to my sweaters and scarves. Without them I feel like I look 37 weeks pregnant instead of 27. I need to just paint my toenails (if I can reach) and start finding my warmer weather wardrobe.
Sleep:On the couch I sleep great. Lately the minute my head hits the pillow I decide to make mental lists of everything I need to do. (WHICH IS QUITE A LOT). I know I need to stop stressing--everything will be done just in time for baby boy.
Best moment this week:Being reunited with my little family-I missed them so much. This time change is making Emery extra cuddly in the morning and I just keep imagining those newborn baby cuddles. All of this plus lots of kicks from the boy and it has been a good week.
Food cravings: No-bake cookies. So I made a batch. And I ate a batch. This week I am going to make my craving be fruit and veggies that way this week will cancel out last week. That is how it works right??
Symptoms:No cold, no contractions, no complaints!
Have you started to show yet:I feel BIG this week.
Miss anything:Being able to do things without running out of breath. I swear I carried Emery from the kitchen to her room last night and was winded.
Happy or Moody: If I am being honest, I am stressed with the ever growing to-do list. But I am also so so happy. I am making myself slow down and enjoy my pregnancy and my 20 month old.

Looking forward to: This warm weather!! Mom, Emery and I might escape for a day this coming weekend to shop--I am telling myself it is for the good of everyone--Em and I will be out of Doug's hair and that way he can be super productive at the house:)
I am also looking forward to next Tuesday. It is Doug's birthday and I will get to hear Baby Boy's little heartbeat. I also have to drink that yucky stuff and get my blood drawn, but let's stick to the positive!

It does seem like time is going quickly. Glad you are enjoying it though. Always look forward to getting report from your Dr. visit. Think it will do you good to have a day out and it sounds like weather will cooperate. Glad there is no cold, contractions or complaints!
