Baby J #2-15 Weeks

How far along? 15 Weeks! Baby J is the size of a baseball--and if baby is a boy I hope he loves baseball just like his Daddy. And it it is a girl I hope she likes watching baseball just like her Mommy!

Maternity clothes? Still holding out--I am not sure what I am trying to prove by not wearing any yet....but my regular clothes are doing just fine for right now.

Sleep:GREAT!!

Best moment this week:It might sound silly but Emery Kayt is my favorite from this past week. (I mean she is always my favorite, but this week I have fallen even more in love.) She surprises me everyday with what she knows. She is starting to be a real talker--she pointed at the bath and said bath the other night and when there was a Football commercial on she put her hands in the air like Doug taught her and yelled "Touch Down!" so clearly. My baby girl is getting so big! My favorite thing right now has to be her hugs--she will come running and squeeze you so tight. She was such a good girl when we went out of town this weekend too. I just can't get enough of her right now!

Sorry Baby #2-Em is kind of taking your spotlight....so back to you-My favorite moment with you has been your wiggles! I can feel you a little each day and the movement is getting stronger. Maybe soon Doug will be able to feel your little wiggles!

Food cravings:Peanut butter and Jelly with a big glass of cold milk! Yum!

Symptoms:My back. Funny story from this weekend-after a long fun day on Saturday, I tried my darndest to take my pants off and put my pjs on. I could. not. bend. over. Finally Doug saw me struggling and I had to break down and ask him to take my pants off....ha!
I felt pretty helpless in that moment but was just thinking I am glad I do not have a big ol' belly to go along with this right now! I need to look up some stretches and try to help myself out before it get worse. Other than that, I cannot and should not complain. My energy seems to be back-perfect for the busiest time of year!

Have you started to show yet:Again with the yes and no. It kind of depends on what clothes I am wearing. I had figured I would really be showing by now but I guess not!

Gender prediction:I am still thinking Boy-- although my cravings are not as strong anymore. I would be so so thrilled with either!!

Happy or Moody: Happy! It is the last week of school! Woo hoo!!

Looking forward to: Emery hugs, baby wiggles and our 15 week appointment tomorrow!

  1. Glad to hear the good news about the wiggles. Such an exciting time. Probably sucking "his" thumb too. Ha. Six months seems so far away but it will be here before we know it. Enjoy your wiggles!
